2020-2021 registration and bus transportation changes

2020-2021 TCS Registration open

2020-2021 registration is now open for new and returning students. A Snapcode was mailed and is needed to complete registration. Click here to complete registration

Bus Transportation Changes to Take Effect This Fall

The Board of Education received information on the system’s return to the policy governing the provision of school bus transportation for students living within a two-mile radius of their assigned school. Following the 2011 tornado, TCS made the decision to transport all students due to so many families being relocated. It now must return to adhering to the state law or risk losing state funding.

There will be 1,200 students who will should have received letters stating that current bus services will not be available to them next school year as they live in the two-mile radius of their assigned school. Students with IEPs who require transportation and students who have an established hazard are not part of this group receiving a letter.
